Unfortunately customer service has been outsourced so much and companies just don’t care. It’s so sad to see that it’s all about the bottom dollar and not the customer experience.

I really enjoyed this video and agreed on them all. I only wish you had shown more examples of the mistake and alternatives. I hated for it to end!

Imagine all the fake things they sell, you were disrespected and they handled it poorly. I will never buy from the real real again.... which should be called... “ fake, fake”

This is a perfect example of how depleted our soils have become that there are no minerals transferring from our foods. Our bodies are depleted so this is good information and a nee way to feed our bodies the good stuff.

I’m so shocked! I retuned a bag for being inauthentic and processed returns on final sale items with no problems. Sad you had a terrible experience!! Does make me think twice. However, I got scammed by TJmaxx didn’t figure it out till years later and they would not do anything for me.

God,watching all these women give so much priority to these things instead of character, fitness, health and faith it so annoying and upsetting. And I would say it is more likely that an unauthentic bag is certifed as original than an authentic bag is certifed as fake.

Sorry you had such a bad time. I have been a TRR customer for a few years & have been pleased with both my purchases (got my Birkin there) and especially selling my things. I always got top dollar when selling & jewelry, scarves & Birkin all perfect.

They are the WORST. They sent me an obvious fake, I sent pictures to PayPal and they immediately refunded me. I tried using the RealReal's customer service text chat for a refund and they refused. I eventually used their customer service email and they said they'd refund me BUT what they actually did was give me STORE CREDIT 😅 thank goodness PayPal came through for me. And yes, I kept the store credit lol

Well, a few months ago, they changed their policy and now they say that they cannot guarantee authenticity. I will no longer order from them. Almost everything I ever ordered came in a beat up box, which also turned me off.

I bought a belt form them, that was clearly fake! What is going on Real REal?!

Same thing happened to me with a bottega bag, I had already purchased three bottegas from them and they were perfect but this one looks really fake it didn't even feel like leather. I did an unboxing also on my channel and then I contacted them immediately same day and I told them "I need to return this that it does not feel right. You know I've purchased other bags and I'm going to continue purchasing from them but this is not correct." So they agreed to take it back and then issued the refund less the shipping which I think is unfair but it is what it is. But my bag is under $500 so I don't think it was that big of an issue for them where is yours with 2000 and I think they probably already paid the other person out so it's a bigger issue. At least with mine they can resell it so hopefully somebody who doesn't know any better but since I've already purchased bottega I know real versus fake immediately. Like as soon as I got it maybe two hours after it was delivered I contacted them and I was like this is not right. I actually recorded the entire conversation it was via text and it was super easy. They just approved it

The truth is. The company you chose to evaluate the bag, couldn’t authenticate it. Not that it wasn’t authentic. You let that point slip multiple times in your video. 😂 you just wanted a refund in a final sale purchase. Regretting that purchase before vacation. I hope you contacted your credit card company and let them know to stop the reversal.

Never will I buy from the real real after this. Recently I heard that Lord and Taylor were being sued for selling not authentication designer bags. I had bought a Gucci from them the year before. So now I'm carrying this Gucci and not sure if it's real. I will look into see if it's real or not. Thank you for sharing.

I bought a bag that said final sale,and I didn’t feel like they described it had an odor.I returned no questions asked .Had no problems with them.But honestly ,it does scare me to buy again from them , because what if I get something fake.

As far as the BO problem...... if you are taking a lot of vitamins and you start getting bad BO. Here's the reason....our bodies synthesize and take in the vitamins it needs. The vitamins left over are flushed through our glands and urine. Thus the BO.

I've only heard bad things about The Real Real. It's sad because they have beautiful items and I'm always tempted, but that final sale policy, along with the lack of detailed photos is frightening.
